The Sheepscot
Valley Chorus provides opportunities for amateurs who like to sing
and to perform for audiences who share that love of music. There
are no auditions. All that is needed is the enjoyment of
singing. The Chorus is committed to the classics as well as
contemporary, Broadway, Gospel and on occasion, premiere performances.

The
Sheepscot Valley Chorus begins rehearsing for its spring concert on
Tuesday, January 5th, 7 P.M. at the Congregational Church, Route One,
Wiscasset, next to the County Court House. Our concerts will be
held on March 27 & 28, 3 P.M. in Newcastle. This is a
community chorus and all are invited to participate. If you are
not a member please come and sing with us.
An Appalachian Carol, arranged by Arthur Warrell, "Jesus the Christ is
Born, "Give thanks now, every one" culminates in the
prayer of all our hearts, "Rejoice ye great ones and ye small."
The chorus is accompanied by Sean Fleming.
